Become an RCHS Hero by signing up for a monthly donation! Being an RCHS Hero is an easy, efficient, and tax-deductible way to make a difference for Randolph County animals all year long.

When you become a monthly donor, you help us with budgeting and forecasting, and you’ll help ensure a steady flow of support for our work. Just like your family finances where that consistent income allows you to more efficiently run your household, it works the same for us.

Monthly Giving is Easy!

Q: Once my automatic giving is set up, can I make changes to it (i.e., change the amount, change my credit card number)?
A: Yes! You can make changes anytime. If we receive your change prior to the month’s processing deadline, we can make the change effective for that month. If not, it’ll take effect the next month. 

Q: What if I need to stop giving. Can I stop whenever I want? 
A: Of course! If we receive your cancellation prior to the month’s processing deadline, it will take effect the same month. If we don’t receive it before that deadline, it will take effect the following month. 

Q: Will I receive verification of my donations for tax purposes?
A: All monthly donors receive an annual statement reflecting the prior year’s total contributions. This statement is mailed in February.

Q: When will my credit card first be charged?
A: Monthly charges occur once per month. Your first online gift will be charged to your card on the date that your transaction is made. All subsequent charges will occur around the 20th of each month.

Q: Can I make one annual donation instead of a monthly gift?
​A: Yes! A minimum one-time donation of $228 qualifies you to be an RCHS Hero for a year. We’ll remind you when your annual donation is due to renew your sustaining membership.
