Shamus is a handsome boy. He does well on leash sniffing his world. He would like nothing more than some cuddle time on the couch after a long walk. He can be quite energetic when excited but there remains this very calm demeanor underneath. He does not like being closed in: a kennel, a room with a closed door, a crate etc. He’s not good with cats and seems indifferent to other dogs. He knows “sit” and may sit for you to get his collar and leash on.  Shamus will definitely “sit” for treats so training will be manageable. He’s a really handsome boy with his beautiful bushy coat and soulful eyes. He would be a lovely addition to a loving, active family.
